We will pick you up from your accomodation to take you to view suitable properties using our vast knowledge of the Tenerife property market.  We will take you to get your N.I.E number which is an identification number needed to buy a property in Tenerife. We will take you and introduce you to the local banks that we work with that you will need when buying a property in Tenerife. You will need this, not only for transferring funds when buying the property but also to pay your utility bills by direct debit.

We recommend you use a Solicitor; they are covered by public indemnity insurance and in the unlikely event that something is not correct, you will be compensated. We work with several and are happy to recommend one.
